I drive a fairly new car, which has just come out of it's 3 year warranty, so I wouldn't entrust it to someone who didn't give me confidence (and that includes the main dealer of a certain well known German brand in Newton Abbot).

Below is a short case history of my experience with Arbow Garage in Totnes.  If you're looking for top quality service and workmanship at an economic price, read on:

• 1st experience - October 2012 - MOT- Efficient service from the start, booked in very quickly on a day that suited me, offered to pick up and collect the car.  £45 all in. 10/10
• 2nd experience - March 2013 - Full inspection of brake discs and pads and re-grease the brakes.  Same great service, all done at my convenience.  £30 all in.  10/10
• 3rd experience - March 2013 - Asked for quote for replacement disks and pads.  Main dealer quote was £490, Arbow quote, barely over half that price!  I know they'll book me in quickly when the job needs doing.  10/10
• 4th experience - June 2013 - Replacement windscreen (broken by stone chip from passing lorry) - Hoped it wouldn't be an insurance job.  Main dealer quoted me "somewhere between £250 and £400 and didn't know if that included VAT or not .. useless!).  Arbow did the job the next day for about half the price of the lowest dealer quote!  10/10

I've got my 70,000 service coming up soon ... where do you think I'll be taking it?
